I am now in my twenty third year on the City Council. Until my appointment as Sherriff and then Mayor I shadowed the Children's and adult learning portfolio. Hence I was the Conservative member on the Learning Disability Partnership Board. Now I am free from official engagements I am able to resume my membership. Along with Councillor White we will ensure that Learning Disability issues will be listened to and supported.
