Do you know what to do if there is a fire at your home?
Do you have a plan to get out?
Did you know that the Fire Brigade can help with this?
- They can come to your home and give you advice about how to keep safe, put in smoke alarms and talk to you about anything else that might help you.
- There is no cost
- They come at a time you agree together.
There is a special form for people with learning disabilities to ask someone to visit.
It will go straight to the fire station at Redbridge.
They would get in touch and make a time to come out within 24 hours as they say it is very important to them to get out and help people to feel safer from fire.
You can get the form from Hilary Linssen or by phoning 80776391 and the “admin officer” will either send it on or fill it in with you whilst you on are on the phone.
They hope to hear from you soon
